We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our AI answering and scheduling services, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to authorized account holders.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@voxxforce.com.
Program name: Voxx Account Notifications.
Description: By opting in, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Voxx related to your account — including appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, service status updates, and responses to inquiries you have initiated with Voxx. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per week per active interaction.
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Voxx does not charge any fee for SMS.
How to opt in: Opt in is optional and requires affirmative action. To receive messages, visit voxxforce.com/sms-optin, enter your mobile phone number, and manually check the unchecked-by-default consent checkbox before submitting. No purchase is necessary. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using any Voxx service.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any Voxx SMS message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out has been recorded, and no further messages will be sent.

Supported carriers: All major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
